Wilkinson County Mississippi River PA Appeal

Timbalier Resources has assisted Wilkinson County with the overturning of two Public Assistance determination memorandums in which FEMA has denied over $800,000 in federal grant funding.  Primary issues included causation, procedural non-compliance, and validation issues.  Timbalier Resources was able to remand these projects back to the County for further resolution at the project team level.
